About Ngozi

My approach emphasizes the connection between mental and physical health, delivering care that supports the whole person. I apply a collaborative and culturally sensitive approach while ensuring patients feel comfortable and actively involved in their treatment. I have been in healthcare for 18 years, working across hospitals, long-term care, nursing homes, and home health — caring for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.

We see patients ages 6 and up — children, adolescents, adults, and older adults across Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Washington, and California. Our practice is built to be inclusive and welcoming to everyone.
Simply fill out our contact form or give us a call. Share your name, the state you're in, and a brief note about what's bringing you in. We'll follow up within one business day. No referral is needed.
No referral is required. You can contact us directly and we'll schedule your first appointment. Prior records are helpful but not required to get started.
Yes. We accept a number of insurance plans across our service states. Because coverage varies by plan and location, we recommend contacting us directly to verify your specific benefits.
Self-pay patients are always welcome. We'll discuss our self-pay rates during the scheduling process so you know exactly what to expect. There are no hidden fees.
We treat depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, and sleep disorders — alongside chronic physical conditions such as hypertension, type 2 diabetes, thyroid disorders, hyperlipidemia, and metabolic dysfunction. Our dual-certified providers manage both in the same care relationship.
Medication management means your provider evaluates, prescribes, monitors, and adjusts your medications over time. It's an ongoing process — not a one-time visit. We track how you feel, watch for side effects, and make changes as your needs evolve.
Our core service is psychiatric evaluation and medication management. While our providers take a supportive, patient-centered approach, we are not a therapy or counseling service. We're happy to coordinate with your existing therapist or help you find a referral.
We currently serve patients in Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Washington, and California via telehealth. You must be physically located in one of these states at the time of your appointment.
A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and a reliable internet connection is all you need. Appointments are conducted via a HIPAA-compliant video platform — we'll send you a link before your visit.
Mindful Ease does not provide emergency psychiatric services. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
