What it is

Sleep problems and mental health
usually travel together.

Poor sleep can trigger anxiety and low mood, and anxiety and low mood can make sleep harder to come by. It's a two-way relationship, which is why treating one in isolation often falls short. Some people struggle to fall asleep, others wake repeatedly through the night, and others sleep enough hours but never feel rested. Treatment usually starts with identifying which pattern you're dealing with, then builds a plan around therapy, sleep-specific techniques, or medication as needed.

Why it matters

This isn't about willpower.
It's about your biology.

Poor sleep isn't a discipline problem, and it rarely fixes itself with a new mattress or a stricter bedtime. It's one of the most common health complaints there is, and like any other, it responds to the right care.

01

1 in 3 adults don't get enough sleep

On a regular basis. Struggling with sleep is common, and it's a real medical concern worth addressing.

02

It touches more than energy

Poor sleep can affect mood, memory, focus, and immune function, and is linked to higher risk for anxiety and heart disease.

03

Earlier is easier

Sleep problems tend to compound the longer they go unaddressed. The sooner you start, the sooner things can shift.

How we help

Care built around
how you actually sleep.

Sleep problems rarely have one single cause. Our approach treats the whole person, not just a symptom checklist.

Comprehensive evaluation

Your first visit is a real conversation about your sleep history, schedule, and habits, not a ten-minute checklist.

Thoughtful medication management

If medication is part of your plan, we monitor and adjust it together, with regular check-ins along the way.

Whole-person care

Because our providers are dual-certified in mental health and chronic illness, your sleep and your anxiety, thyroid, or heart health can be addressed by the same clinician.

The same provider, every visit

You'll see the same clinician each time. They know your history, your routine, and what's actually working.

What we treat

Sleep care that sees
the rest of you, too.

Sleep problems often show up alongside other conditions. Because our providers are dual-certified, both can be treated in the same place.

What we don't treat

Diagnosed sleep apnea, narcolepsy, and other conditions requiring a sleep study or in-lab monitoring need a higher level of in-person care than we can safely provide by telehealth. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Continuity of care

The same provider,
every time you log in.

You won't retell your story to a new face every visit. You'll be matched with a dual board-certified provider who gets to know your history, your routine, and what's actually helping, and who stays with you as your care evolves.

Common questions

Before you
book your visit.

What happens during my first visit?
Your first appointment is a comprehensive evaluation done entirely by video. Your provider will review your sleep history, ask about what's been going on, and start building a care plan with you. There's no obligation and no pressure, just a conversation.
Will I need medication?
Not necessarily. Medication is one option, not the default. Your provider will talk through what's likely to help based on your symptoms, history, and preferences, and you'll decide together.
Do you accept my insurance?
We work with most major insurers across the states we serve. Share your plan during your free consult and we'll confirm your coverage before your first visit. Self-pay is always welcome too.
How soon will I start sleeping better?
It varies. Some people notice small shifts within a couple of weeks, others take longer, especially if medication or a schedule change is involved. What matters most is that you're not doing it alone, and your provider will be checking in with you the whole way.
What if I need more support than telehealth can offer?
If your provider determines you need a higher level of care, such as for a diagnosed sleep disorder requiring an in-lab study, they'll help connect you to appropriate in-person resources. If you're in crisis right now, call or text 988 or go to your nearest emergency room.
