ADHD

A mind that moves fast.
Support that keeps up.

ADHD can look like starting five projects and finishing none of them, or losing an entire afternoon to one you couldn't put down. Our providers can help you build a plan that works with your brain instead of against it.

What it is

How your brain manages
attention, energy, and time.

ADHD affects how the brain regulates focus, impulse control, and follow-through. For some people that shows up as a mind that drifts mid-conversation or mid-task. For others it's restlessness, interrupting, or trouble sitting still. Many adults with ADHD were never diagnosed as kids, and only start connecting the dots later in life. Treatment usually combines an accurate evaluation with therapy, coaching, medication, or some mix of the three.

Why it matters

ADHD is a health condition,
not a lack of effort.

ADHD affects an estimated 4% of adults, though most go undiagnosed for years. Left unaddressed, it tends to show up as missed deadlines, strained relationships, and a running sense of falling behind.

01

Millions of adults have undiagnosed ADHD

Many people were never evaluated as kids, especially women and people who managed to compensate for years before it caught up with them.

02

It affects more than focus

ADHD can strain relationships, finances, and self-esteem, especially when it's gone unrecognized for years.

03

The right plan makes a measurable difference

With the right combination of treatment, most people see real gains in focus, follow-through, and day-to-day stress.

How we help

Support built around
how your brain works.

ADHD looks different from person to person, and treatment should too. Our approach treats the whole person, including how it intersects with sleep, mood, and physical health.

Comprehensive evaluation

Your first visit covers your history, how symptoms show up across school, work, and relationships, going back as far as childhood if that's relevant.

Thoughtful medication management

If stimulant or non-stimulant medication is part of your plan, we monitor and adjust it together, with regular check-ins along the way.

Whole-person care

Because our providers are dual-certified in mental health and chronic illness, your ADHD and conditions like anxiety or insomnia can be addressed by the same clinician.

The same provider, every visit

You'll see the same clinician each time. They know your history, what's worked before, and what hasn't.

What we treat

ADHD care that sees
the rest of you, too.

ADHD often shows up alongside other conditions. Because our providers are dual-certified, both can be treated in the same place.

What we don't treat

Active psychosis, suicidal ideation, and substance use disorders require a higher level of in-person care than we can safely provide by telehealth. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Continuity of care

The same provider,
every time you log in.

You won't retell your story to a new face every visit. You'll be matched with a dual board-certified provider who gets to know how ADHD shows up for you specifically, and who stays with you as your care evolves.

Common questions

Answers to what
people usually ask.

How is ADHD diagnosed in adults?
Your provider will walk through your history, including how symptoms showed up in childhood if you can recall it, and how they affect your work, relationships, and daily routines now. There's no single test. It's a clinical evaluation built from your history and current patterns.
Will I need medication?
Not necessarily. Some people manage ADHD with coaching or therapy alone, others benefit from medication, and many use a combination. Your provider will walk through the options and build a plan around what fits your life.
Can ADHD develop as an adult, or does it start in childhood?
ADHD begins in childhood, even if it wasn't recognized until later. Many adults, especially women, went undiagnosed for years because their symptoms didn't match the outdated stereotype of a hyperactive young boy.
What if I need more support than telehealth can offer?
If your provider determines you need a higher level of care, such as for active psychosis, suicidal ideation, or substance use, they'll help connect you to appropriate in-person resources. If you're in crisis right now, call or text 988 or go to your nearest emergency room.
