Teen Therapy & Adolescent Counseling · Virtual Care
Help your teen feel
more like themselves again.
Our teen mental health counseling providers work with adolescents ages 13 and up, offering virtual sessions across Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Washington, and California. Weekday and evening appointments, most insurance accepted.
You're not alone in this
Some days feel like
just getting your teen through it.
Mood swings and withdrawal can turn into daily patterns before you notice them start. Counseling for teens gives them a space to work through what's going on, with strategies that carry over to home and school.
Our scope of care
What we treat
Support for racing thoughts, physical tension, and the worry that makes it hard to settle before tests, social situations, or big decisions.
Working through the thoughts and habits that keep low mood in place, especially when everything on the outside looks fine.
Breaking down school pressure, extracurriculars, and college expectations into pieces your teen can manage.
Working through conflict, communication, and patterns that show up with friends, family, or a first relationship.
A steady space to process loss at your teen's own pace, without a timeline attached.
Support through new schools, friend group changes, or the shift toward more independence.
Working on how your teen sees themselves, including body image and identity, and how that shapes the choices they make.
Trauma-informed care at a pace led by your teen, with no pressure to share more than they're ready to.
Scope of services & limitations of care
Mindful Ease provides outpatient virtual mental health therapy for teens who are clinically appropriate for non-emergent, virtual treatment. We do not provide emergency services or a higher level of psychiatric care. If your teen is experiencing a mental health crisis or any of the conditions listed below, we will refer you to a higher level of care, including in-person services or emergency care.
Care built around your teen
Your teen's mental health deserves support that fits their schedule and their goals. Schedule a virtual consultation today.

02
Suicidal or homicidal ideation
Active suicidal or homicidal ideation, or a teen at imminent risk of harm to themselves or others.

Substance use disorders
Substance use conditions with a risk of withdrawal that needs medically supervised detox.
If your teen is in crisis, help is available right now.
You don't have to wait. If your teen or someone you know is experiencing a mental health emergency, reach out immediately. These resources are free, confidential, and available 24/7.

If something's been on your mind for a while, whether it's anxiety, stress, a relationship, or a change you're going through, that's reason enough to start. A free consult can help you figure out if it's a good fit before you commit to anything.
Therapy is talk-based, working through what's going on in your life and how you respond to it. Psychiatry involves diagnosis and medication. Some people do both. If medication ends up being a better fit, your therapist can help you find that referral.
Most clients start weekly, then move to every other week as things settle. You and your therapist decide the pace together, and it can change as your needs do.
Most major plans are accepted, with copays typically between $0 and $30. We verify your specific benefits before your first session so there's nothing unexpected on your bill.
We currently see clients across Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Washington, and California, entirely by secure video. There's no office visit required at any point.
Fit matters more than almost anything else in therapy. Tell us, and we'll match you with someone else. Switching therapists doesn't start you back at zero.
Self-pay is always an option, with transparent rates shared upfront before you book your first session.
Yes, with the standard legal exceptions any licensed therapist follows, such as risk of harm to yourself or someone else. Your therapist will walk through this with you at your first session.
